Yesterday I made a really yummy tilapia wrap and I thought I'd share because it's easy to make and tasty! For the wrap I used these multi grain flatbread with flax that are only 100 calories each. You can use these things for anything! Pizza, breakfast, desserts, really anything at all. I also am the biggest fan of sweet potato fries, but I don't always have the time to peel and make them fresh myself, so I found this alternative option from Trader Joe's. Just throw them in the oven for 20 minutes and they're ready!
I mixed coleslaw with craisins and bbq sauce, but you can use any sauce you like. Then I broke up a piece of parmesan tilapia that I baked in the oven and wrapped it in the sandwich.
So easy and so yummy!
